In their last match-up with the Wolverines on January 9, the Bears charged out to an 18-0 lead after the first quarter, and Friday followed a similar script as the Blue & White mired Waldorf in an early 21-2 hole behind 10 points from Ava McCormick and nine from Niamh Scanlon.
The Bear defense held their hosts scoreless over the next two quarters as they built a 29-2 halftime lead and carried a 46-2 edge into the final frame.
Scanlon led all scorers with 16 points, while McCormick (10), Myla Lombardo (8), Scarlett Davey (6), Jelissa Burnett (4), Chloe Feldman (2), Quinn Davey (2), Mairead Reitzel (2), and Soraya Carrano (2) rounded out the scoring for The Brook.
The Bears are back in action on Tuesday afternoon in a home match-up with Staten Island Academy in a battle between the last two unbeaten teams in the PSAA.
