
After a sensational sophomore campaign that included two PSAA Championships (110 & 400 hurdles), a NYSAIS State Championship (400 hurdles), and a shattered school record (400 hurdles), Colin Scanlon was poised for another big year in the hurdles. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic proved to be a barrier too high to clear.
Regardless, Scanlon entered the season as the 11th fastest junior in America and 2nd fastest in New York according to MileSplit USA:
