Etienne Top Seed Entering Big Ten Championships

This afternoon, on day two of the Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by SPIRE Institute (Geneva, OH), Jyles Etienne ’17 will seek a place on the podium for a second straight year.
The junior took 3rd place in last year’s conference championship with a leap of 7′ 1″. This time around he enters tied for the top seed height of 7′ 3.75″, which won him a third straight Hoosier Open in December. The height also places him in a tie for 9th in America this season.
