On Thursday afternoon, the badminton team improved to 5-0 in the PSAA and clinched a playoff berth with a 12-0 win over Long Island Lutheran. They have yet to drop an individual match in any of their league matches and stand at a perfect 50-0 with three league matches to go.

Leslie Kang, Nancy Man, Margo Averbach, Jerry Liu, Glen Choi, and Tony Yu all won their singles matches while the doubles tandems of Lily Zhang and Ella Liu, Ruby Li and Jessie Wang, Rosemary Wu and Grace Wang, Mary Wang and Ian Liu, Caleb Spreckels and Jack Yu, Sam Wong and Derek Lee, and Lucien Liu and David Chen swept the doubles matches.

The Bears are back in action on April 24 in a non-league match-up at Plainview.
