Yesterday evening, the girls’ basketball team traveled to Hampton Bays and came away with a 43-16 victory in the non-league tilt. The Bears took a slim 11-9 margin after the first quarter, but held the Baymen to just seven points over the remaining three periods to win comfortably.

Beth Felix led all scorers with 14 while Liz Robbins (6), Bekah Detwiler (6), Niamh Scanlon (6), Caroline Maglione (4), Wura Obasanjo (2), Nadia Hall (2), Allie Bunn-Livingstone (2), and Lulu Ota (1) shared the scoring load.

The Bears are back in action on Friday in a key divisional match-up vs. Our Savior.
