On this day four years ago, the boys’ basketball team drilled Southold, 68-49, behind a double-double from Andrew Daniel (15 points/ 21 rebounds) and 19 points and 7 steals from Asaiah Wilson.

The Bears built a 9-0 run early in the early moments and never looked back as they won every quarter on the way to improving to 5-1 in League VIII. Chase Audige added 17 points, while Brandon Odom (6 points), Mike Dingammadji (4), Tyler Hoegsberg (3), Justin Sinclair (2), and Bryce Jackson (2) rounded out the scoring.

The Bears would go on to win a third consecutive League Championship and a second straight Suffolk County title.
