Last night, at the annual Suffolk County Volleyball Dinner, the Bears won a bevy of awards after their memorable undefeated season that earned the program’s first League Championship.

All League honors went to Leslie Kang, Lois Ezi, Bekah Detwiler, Hannah Detwiler, and Liz Robbins. Ezi also earned a place on the All-County Academic Team while Bekah Detwiler claimed a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

Sam Petersen was one of the night’s brightest stars as she earned All-Conference, All-Tournament, and All-State recognition while earning the title of League VIII Player of the Year.
