On this day three years ago, the girls’ tennis team wrapped up a League Championship season with a 7-0 victory over Sachem North. The victory capped a historic season in which the Bears won their first title since 2002 and set a team record for wins in a season with 13, breaking the record of 12 set in 1991.

The team was led by All-League honorees Alyssa Gocinski, Jillian Naylor, and Akari Yoshida and finished with a 13-5 record.
