On Friday afternoon, the boys’ tennis team dispatched Long Island Lutheran, 5-0, behind strong singles play and a clean sweep at doubles.

Liam Swords (6-0, 6-1), Forest Kaplan-Walbrecht (6-0, 6-2), and Mark Marinescu (6-4, 6-1) charged through their singles matches, while Jack Snyder and Zsolt Berencei (6-0, 6-0) did not drop a single game at first doubles. LuHi forfeited their second doubles match.

With the win, the Bears improved their record to 3-0-1.
