Yesterday afternoon, the badminton team took care of business in an 11-0 PSAA semifinal sweep over Long Island Lutheran.

The top-seeded Bears made quick work of their league rivals as Glen Choi (15-5, 15-3), Daniel Kim (15-0, 15-10), Aidan Riley (15-2, 15-3), Irene Qin (15-1, 15-2), Rebecca Pan (15-1, 15-6), and Nancy Zhang (15-3, 15-3) dominated at singles while the doubles tandems of David Liu and Steven Yu (15-4, 15-6), Richard Lu and William Tao (15-7, 13-15, 15-9), Erin He and Ariel Yu (15-3, 15-7), Annie Cao and Katrina Deng (15-5, 15-7), and mixed doubles (Forfeit) nailed down the victory.

The Bears move on to face #2 Knox School in the PSAA Championship this Wednesday at 4:00pm in Swanson Gymnasium.
