On Wednesday afternoon, Mairead Reitzel and Amy Li finished runner-up at the NYISA-SE All Girls Qualifier, held in Rye, NY. The partly cloudy skies kept temperatures in the low 50s, but a northwesterly breeze gusted between eight and 26 knots, providing the backdrop for a spirited afternoon of sailing.

The Brooker duo took 4th, 2nd, and 3rd in their three races, to finish with 9 points and a 2nd place finish overall in a field of eight boats. The result earned them a spot in next Month’s MASSA All Girls Championship which will be held in Annapolis, MD.
