On Friday afternoon, the reigning PSAA Champion boys’ tennis team opened their season with a 5-0 win over Long Island Lutheran.

Jackson Petroske (6-1, 6-1), Enoch Guo (6-0, 6-0), and Jaden Lee (6-0, 6-0) tore through the singles matches while Liam Swords and Clement Leung (6-0, 6-1) and Nick Knaupp and Forest Kaplan-Walbrecht (6-0, 6-2) completed the sweep with doubles wins.

The Bears are back in action on Wednesday in a PSAA match-up at Portledge.
