Yesterday afternoon, Lee-Anthony Santiago ’21 had a strong day at the plate to help the Barry University JV baseball team to a 19-3 win over Rollins College.

The freshman had a pair of hits and a walk in four plate appearances, notching 3 RBIs to help power a strong Buccaneer effort. Santiago’s run-scoring double in the bottom of the 1st inning, 2nd inning ground out, and 3rd inning single each scored a run as Barry surged to an early 13-0 lead.

Santiago and the Bucs are back in action next Sunday when they travel to Lakeland, FL for a doubleheader with Florida Southern.
