Yesterday evening, the Northwestern University men’s basketball team earned their third straight Big Ten victory in a 59-51 home win over Indiana.
The Wildcats trailed 26-30 at halftime but outscored the Hoosiers 33-21 in the second half for the comeback win. Chase Audige ’17 capped a 13-0 Northwestern run with an offensive rebound that led to a Robbie Beran 3-pointer and a 41-35 lead. Audige scored eight of his 12 points in the second half while notching 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and an assist. The former Bear continues to lead the Big Ten in steals with 24.
The Wildcats are back on the court this Super Sunday as they travel to Champaign for a match-up with #13 Illinois.
