In the first collegiate meet of her career, Francine Leung ’19 took 4th place in the long jump at Marietta College’s Pioneer Open.

The freshman at Carnegie Mellon flew a personal best 16′ 2.25″ on her second of six attempts to claim 4th place in a field of 20. The jump currently places her 7th in the University Athletic Conference.

Leung and the Tartans are back in action on Saturday at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
