Yesterday afternoon, on Long Island Lutheran’s 2.5-mile course, the boys’ cross country team decimated the competition to win their second PSAA meet of the season.
Riley Corcoran took top honors for the second time this season, cruising across in 18:02 while Colin Scanlon was close on his heels at 18:10. Pedro Gradvohl (4th/20:13), Nathan Freeman (5th/20:20), and Jerry Wan (7th/20:33) also scored as the Bears took seven of the top 10 overall spots. It was a clean sweep for the Brook in the team score as they compiled a scant 15 points to best Long Island Lutheran (67), Portledge (92), and Avenues (93).
The Bears are back in action on Friday as they host the final PSAA meet of the regular season on the S. T. Hsaio home course.
