This afternoon, the boys’ tennis team topped Walt Whitman, 6-1, in a non-league tilt in Huntington Station.

The Bears took the top three singles matches as Brandon Gicquel (6-1, 6-1), Steven Ou (6-2, 6-4), and Jake Macaspac (6-2, 6-1) cruised to easy wins. The three doubles teams swept thanks to wins from Jovan Haynes and Pratik Harjani (6-3, 6-3), Alex Kim and Isebrand Kaldewei (6-2, 6-2), and Alan Wang and Sam Hou (6-4, 6-4).

The Bears are back in action tomorrow in a PSAA match-up at Long Island Lutheran.
