On this day 17 years ago, Anthony Passalacqua ’99 paced the Erskine College baseball team to a 12-7 win over Southern Wesleyan.

The former Bear went 2-for-5 at the plate with 3 RBIs, including a two-run homer in the bottom of the 1st and an RBI-single in the 5th. He added two runs. Passalacqua finished his sophomore campaign with a .360 batting average, 63 hits, 5 home runs, and 51 RBIs in 48 games.
