The former Bear came up to the plate in the bottom of the 2nd inning with one out and a man aboard, then drilled a 2-0 pitch over the right field wall to give the Seahawks a 2-1 lead they would not relinquish.
Along with leading the team in RBIs on the day, Grimm registered two runs and a walk. He went on to finish the season with a .264 batting average, 13 runs, 19 hits, 4 doubles, 3 home runs, and 13 RBIs.
