The 1991 Bears

On this day 24 years ago, the baseball team edged undefeated Eastport behind a superb performance from Adam Frazier.

Frazier pitched a complete game, two-hitter to overpower the Ducks in a 3-0 win. The Bears, who held a record of 9-2 at the time, prevented Eastport (10-1) from clinching the outright League VIII Championship and stay in the running for the title.

Phil Leek went 2-for-3 at the plate including a run-scoring single in the first inning off of losing pitcher, Brian Cromer.
