Karina Scavo ’09 scored Gordon College’s first goal in a 4-1 win over Eastern Nazarene College. With the win the Fighting Scots improve their conference record to 2-1 and overall mark to 6-1. Scavo’s goal moved her up the Commonwealth Coast Conference leaderboard on which she is currently ranked in the top 10 in eight of nine offensive categories. She is currently tied for 3rd in points with 11, 6th in points per game with 1.83, tied for 5th in goals with 4, tied for 3rd in assists with 4, and tied for 4th in assists per game with 0.5.
