Yesterday afternoon, with a 3-2 victory over Portledge on the Hollis Tennis Courts, the top-seeded boys’ tennis team recaptured the PSAA Tournament Championship for the first time since 2021–also a 3-2 victory over the Panthers.

Liam Swords capped a sensational junior season by winning his #1 singles match, 6-2, 6-2. The Bears dropped the other two singles results, but the doubles tandems prevailed to clinch the title. Wyatt Mollet and Mark Marinescu split their first two sets 6-3, 2-6 before winning a super-tiebreaker, 10-5. Max Kaylakov and Jack Snyder took the other doubles match, 6-2, 6-3.
