This afternoon, the boys’ tennis team defeated Long Island Lutheran, 5-0, to return to the PSAA Championship for the first time since winning the title in 2021.

Liam Swords (6-0, 6-3), Raphael Popescu (6-0, 6-0), and Wyatt Moller (6-1, 6-0) were untested at singles, while Mark Marinescu and Roy He (6-2, 6-1) and Jack Snyder and Max Kaylakov (6-0, 6-0) wrapped up the sweep at doubles.

The top-seeded Bears will face the winner of #2 Portledge/#3 Staten Island Academy on the Hollis Courts on Monday with a chance to hang a banner in Swanson Gymnasium.
