On Thursday afternoon, the girls’ lacrosse team began defense of their two straight PSAA regular season titles with a dominant 15-1 victory over Staten Island Academy in their league opener.
The Bears scored 13 first half goals to build a commanding lead on the way to a lopsided win.
Mia Trama led all scorers with 5 goals, while Natalia Pagano (4G), Ali Puopolo (3G), Sophia Dabbraccio (1G), Mac Vesey (1G), and Sera Prinz (1G) also found the net for the Bears.
The Brook is back in action on Friday evening against Our Lady of Mercy.
