On Friday afternoon, the girls’ tennis squad won their 30th consecutive league match and improved to 3-0 in the PSAA with a 4-1 victory at Long Island Lutheran.
Alanna Wu powered her way to a close win at no. 1 singles (7-5, 7-6 (4)) while Rania Lajmi took her no. 3 singles duel (6-0, 6-3).
On the doubles side, Ali Cristobal and Sarah Arrieta cruised at no. 1 (6-0, 6-1), while Ava Birgeles and Brianna Shinin swept the no. 2 slot (6-0, 6-0).
