Yesterday afternoon, the boys’ tennis team moved to 3-1 on the season with a 5-0 sweep over Long Island Lutheran in which they won all five matches in straight sets, while dropping only three individual games.

Jake Macaspac (6-0, 6-0), Jackson Petroske (6-2, 6-1), and Liam Swords (6-0, 6-0) cruised in the three singles matches while Jaden Lee and Nick Knaupp (6-0, 6-0) and Enoch Guo and Will Maglione (6-0, 6-0) were overpowering at doubles.

The Bears next take the court on Friday in a key PSAA match-up at Portledge.
