On this day 51 years ago, Glenn Ogden ’65 finished 4th in the 2 mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships. The former Brooker ran 9:00.7 to be bested only by Washington State’s Gerry Lindgren (8:34.7), New Mexico’s George Scott (8:37.8), and Southern Illinois’ Oscar Moore (8:38.1). Ogden beat out Washington’s John Celms (9:01.3) to the line.
