On this day 27 years ago, the wrestling team topped Wyandanch, 47-24, behind wins by Brian Banks (126 lbs), Tom Cameron (160 lbs), Chris Gladding (171 lbs), and Rich Droscoski (112 lbs) who all remained undefeated on the season.

Droscoski needed just nine seconds to pin his Warrior opponent, the fastest pin in at least the 12 years prior and perhaps in Stony Brook history.
