Ahead of the 13th Annual New York Relays, which began today on Randall’s Island in Manhattan, MileSplit New York ranked the top 25 performers in each event since 2009. Our Jyles Etienne topped the list with his gold medal performance in Icahn Stadium a season ago. He is also the all-time record holder at the relays, four inches ahead of Justin Sicari, the previous record-holder.
