The 2002 boys’ soccer team

On this day 14 years ago, the boys’ soccer team blanked Smithtown Christian, 5-0.

Brendan Penn got the scoring started in the sixth minute off of an assist from Daniel Han. Han struck 15 minutes later, thanks to an assist from Brian Seeley, to put the Brook up 2-0 early. Seeley closed the first half with an unassisted goal of his own to give the Bears a commanding 3-0 lead heading into the break.

Seeley picked up right where he left off, scoring an unassisted goal less than eight minutes into the second half and then capping off a hat trick with 10:17 left in the game off of a pass from Leon DeLalio.
