
Just four days removed from earning a runner-up finish at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals in Greensboro, NC, Jyles Etienne was back in action today at the Bahamas Junior National Championships in Nassau.
The rising senior cleared 6′ 10.75″ (2.10 meters) to win the Under-18 boys’ high jump, giving him his 11th victory in an invitational or championship this season. His jump was also the highest of the competition, including the Under-20 age group.
This weekend he will compete in Bahamian National Championships.
