The girls’ lacrosse team closed their season on Thursday with a hard-fought game against Miller Place. It was a joy to watch this team enthusiastically pick up a brand new sport and give it everything they had. These 21 girls showed signs of future greatness, punctuated by a 9-8 victory over Hampton Bays, under the the outstanding guidance of coaches Sara Braverman and Allie Pinard.
