This afternoon at the 49th Annual Glenn D. Loucks Games in White Plains, NY, Jyles Etienne added another title to his growing list of accomplishments. In a field of 30 jumpers, Etienne reigned, earning the victory with a leap of 6′ 6″.
Etienne joins Kevin Lockerbie as the only Loucks Games Champions in Stony Brook history. Lockerbie took the 400 crown in 1977 in a time of 48.5. The Loucks Games are widely regarded as one of the most prestigious high school invitationals in America.
