On this day 81 years ago, the football team trounced Garden City, 28-0, in front of a crowd of 500 fans.

Ivor Peterson scored the first tally of the game and was quickly followed by a 35-yard scoring run by Rabbit Welch. Will Hazlett closed the first half scoring with a safety that put the Blue and White up 15-0 at the break.

Jules Ward opened the second half with a 50-yard touchdown run past a wall of maroon defenders, then scored again in the final seconds of the game to give the Brookers a resounding victory.
