On this day 46 years ago, the wrestling squad wrapped up a dominant season, finishing 10-0 after a 53-2 pounding of St. Paul’s. The victory closed an incredibly successful decade in which the Blue and White compiled an overall record of 74-19-4 alongside four League Championship banners.
The team was led by Norman Olley who earned a second consecutive Ivy League MVP award.
