
The girls’ cross country team improved to 2-0 this afternoon after sweeping the Ross School by a score of 15-50. Freshman Miranda Harrigan won her second race of the year, covering the course at Indian Island in a brisk 22:08, 20 seconds faster than her time on the course last week vs. Southold. Anna Brummeler was the runner-up (23:12) and was followed by teammates Nicole Gray (24:45), Danielle Sivertsen (25:07), and Lely Garner (25:19) to round out the sweep.
The girls are back in action this Saturday in the Bob Pratt Invitational at Sunken Meadow State Park.
