Yesterday evening, the boys’ winter track best of season leaderboard for Section XI was updated and senior Khoren Lawson and junior Taylor Colucci each climbed the ladder.

Colucci’s 6.75 in the 55-meter dash is currently the 6th best performance of the year among all classes and leaves him just .01 seconds short of the state qualifying standard of 6.74. Lawson’s 6.76 is #8 on the list. Additionally, Lawson is 3rd on the triple jump board with a jump of 43′ 11.75″. Lawson has easily made the state qualifying standard by 5.75″.

Colucci, Lawson, and Jon Wentling will next compete this Saturday January 22 at the Yale Invitational in New Haven, CT.
