Khoren Lawson and Taylor Colucci performed well in yesterday’s Suffolk Boys Crossover Meet held at Suffolk West Community College as they picked up where they left off in June. The dynamic duo ran 1st and 3rd in the 55-meter dash semifinals (Lawson in 6.90 and Colucci in 7.01), and held those places in the final with Lawson besting William Floyd’s Devin Melvin in 6.80. Colucci took 3rd in 6.92. Lawson also took 2nd in the triple jump, turning in his best distance of the young season with a jump of 43′ 11.75″.
