This afternoon, the most recent New York State Sportswriters Association poll was released and the top three spots in Class C held, including our girls at #2. On Friday night, the Brook won their fourth consecutive County Championship in a 1-0 double-overtime thriller over Port Jefferson. They will attempt to win their fourth straight Long Island Championship Tuesday, November 9 vs. Friends Academy at Diamond in the Pines @ 6:30pm. The Bears have defeated the Quakers in the previous three Long Island title games.
